- How do I get my phone card? Once you purchase your card,
a unique PIN code and access phone number is instantly given to you online.
You can then immediately start to make phone calls.
- How do I make a call? Making a phone call with a calling
card is easy. First, dial the access phone number you were given when you
purchased the card. Listen to the recording which will tell you to enter
your PIN number and, finally, enter the phone number you would like to call.
- What is the India calling code? The India calling code
is "91"
- Can I add more time to my calling card? It depends on
the type of card you purchase. We have refillable and non-refillable calling
cards. Most people buy non-refillable calling cards, which do not let you
add more time. But new refillable cards are now available and offer convenience
and a permanent PIN.
- How can I tell how much time is left on my phone card?
You'll be informed how many minutes you have on your calling card after
a destination number is entered. Some cards will let you know your balance
after your PIN code is entered.
- How is the connection quality? The call quality is typically
very good to excellent. Should you have any problem, please call the Customer
Service number (on the card) for credit. Most of all, we want you to be
happy.
